Nopal ring with large flower
This ring is a handcrafted piece inspired by one of Mexico's most iconic symbols. The nopal cactus, deeply linked to Mexican identity and worldview since pre-Hispanic times, represents resilience, life, and connection to the earth. This ring is made of .925 oxidized silver, a technique that slightly darkens the silver to highlight the relief and details of the design. A natural stone in the center adds color and unique character to each piece. Many Mexican artisanal jewels are created through traditional silversmithing processes, where the artisan's manual work shapes, polishes, and details each element. Its adjustable design allows it to comfortably fit different sizes, making it a distinctive accessory that celebrates nature and artisanal tradition.
Features:
- Adjustable ring
- .925 oxidized silver
- Natural stone
- Details highlighted with oxidation technique
Each piece is handmade by Mexican artisans, whose talent and tradition we seek to preserve. Being handcrafted, each creation is unique and may present slight variations in weaving or color. Our photographs are as true as possible to the piece you will receive.
To preserve the shine and beauty of your .925 silver jewelry:
- Store the piece in a dry place, preferably in an airtight bag or case when not in use.
- Avoid contact with perfumes, creams, makeup, chlorine, and other chemicals.
- Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, or engaging in intense physical activities.
Clean the piece with a soft silver polishing cloth after use to help maintain its shine. - Do not immerse the piece in silver cleaning solutions as it may lose its oxidized finish.
Note: .925 silver can naturally oxidize over time due to humidity, air, and skin contact. This is a normal characteristic of authentic silver and can be easily restored with proper cleaning.
