What payment methods do you accept?

We want your shopping experience to be comfortable and secure. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and Mercado Pago. If you choose Mercado Pago, you can also pay in cash at participating establishments such as OXXO and 7-Eleven, and use other payment options available through the platform when completing your purchase.

How can I place an order?

Ordering from KUKU BOUTIQUE is very simple!

Explore our collection and select the products you like best.
Choose the available options for your product, such as size, color, or variant (if applicable), and add it to your cart.
When you're ready, click on "Checkout."
Enter your shipping information, select your preferred shipping option, select your preferred payment method, and confirm your order.

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. When your order is shipped, we will also share tracking information so you can monitor its delivery.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible via email (kukuclientes@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+52 55 4763 3896) so we can assist you.

In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, you may request to cancel your order within five (5) business days following the confirmation of your purchase or the delivery of the product, whichever occurs later. If your order has already been shipped at the time of cancellation, the conditions established in our Returns and Refunds Policy may apply, including that shipping costs are non-refundable.

How do I know if my order was confirmed?

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don't see it in your inbox after a few minutes, we recommend checking your spam or promotions folder.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

The total delivery time depends on two stages:

Order Preparation: Once your purchase is confirmed, our team will carefully prepare your order for shipment. This process usually takes 1 business day. During this time, we will also ensure that your payment has been processed correctly.
Transit Time: Once your order is handed over to the courier service, the delivery time will depend on the shipping method you have selected (e.g., standard or express shipping), the shipping company, and your order's destination. You will be able to see this information and the estimated delivery time for each carrier during the checkout process.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can track your shipment at all times.

Please note that during peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, preparation and delivery times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

What happens if my package is delayed?

If your package is delayed, you have two main options:

You can use your tracking number to contact the delivery company directly. They have the most up-to-date information on the shipment status and can give you more precise details about its location or any issues.
You can contact us at Kuku, and we will gladly support you by reviewing your case and helping you in any way we can. However, it is important to note that, in most cases, the timing and resolution depend directly on the shipping company.

Additionally, we recommend considering that delays may occur during peak seasons or holidays, as shipping companies tend to handle a larger volume of shipments during these periods.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship from Mexico to the United States. When making your purchase, you will be able to select the available shipping option for your address. Please note that, in some cases, the customs review process may cause delivery delays that are beyond our control. Why might my product look slightly different from the photos?

Each piece is handmade by talented Mexican artisans, so it is normal for there to be slight variations in color, texture, shape, or small details compared to the photographs. Although the design is the same, these differences are part of the artisanal process and make each piece unique. We work to ensure that the images represent our products as faithfully as possible, but these variations are a testament to their authenticity and handmade craftsmanship.

Are all products handmade?

Yes. All Kuku Boutique products are handcrafted by Mexican artisans. Each piece reflects the talent, dedication, and traditional techniques of those who create them, so no two are exactly alike. By choosing our products, you also support artisanal work and help preserve the cultural and creative heritage of the communities that produce them.

Can colors vary?

Yes, it's possible for colors to vary slightly. Because our products are handmade, there may be small natural variations between one piece and another. Additionally, colors may appear differently depending on the settings and screen of each device. We strive to display photographs that are as accurate as possible to represent each product precisely.

Returns and refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept exchanges and returns under certain conditions. If you need to request an exchange or return, please contact us within 15 calendar days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and retain their original packaging and tags. When the exchange or return is not due to an original defect, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

If your product has an original defect or you received an item different from the one ordered, we will gladly review your case and offer you the appropriate solution, whether it's a replacement (subject to availability), a refund, or an electronic voucher. In these cases, Kuku Boutique will cover the shipping costs.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or finish are part of their authenticity and are not considered defects. If you have any questions, please contact us via WhatsApp or email, and we will be happy to assist you.

Are shipping costs refundable?

In the event of a cancellation of an already shipped order or a return, the shipping costs originally paid will not be refundable. The refund corresponding to the product price will only be processed once KuKu Boutique has received the returned product and verified that it meets the return conditions established in these Terms and Conditions.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is approved and confirmed to comply with our policy, we will process your refund within a maximum of 15 calendar days. The time it takes for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on the payment method used and your financial institution's processing times. If you have any questions about the status of your refund, please contact us via WhatsApp or email, and we will be happy to assist you.

What happens if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you receive a damaged product or a product different from the one you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email. If the product has an original defect or you received a different item than ordered, you must contact us within 15 calendar days of delivery. If the damage was caused during transit, please inform us within the first 5 calendar days, accompanying your request with photos of the product and its packaging so that we can review the case.

Once the incident is confirmed, we will offer you the corresponding solution, whether it's a replacement (subject to availability), a refund, or an electronic voucher. In these cases, Kuku Boutique will cover the shipping costs so you don't have to worry about that process.

Gift shopping

Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes! You can send your order directly as a gift. During the purchase process, you can specify a different delivery address from the billing address. Do you include a receipt or invoice inside the package?

We do not include receipts or invoices with payment information inside the package. If your order is a gift, the recipient will only receive the products. Proof of purchase and order confirmation will be sent to the buyer's email address once the purchase is complete. If you need an invoice, you can request one in accordance with our invoicing policy.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! We can gladly gift-wrap your order.
