We accept exchanges and returns under certain conditions. If you need to request an exchange or return, please contact us within 15 calendar days after receiving your order. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and retain their original packaging and tags. When the exchange or return is not due to a manufacturing defect, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
